3. Product Search & Selection Process

Now, let's find your Nike Cosmic Unity Sneakers.

  • How to Search: Open Weidian. Use the search bar and type "Nike Cosmic Unity" or the product code (e.g., DD1873). Use Chinese characters for better results: "耐克 Cosmic Unity."
  • Filtering and Sorting: Use filters for price range, seller rating, and location. Sort by "Best Selling" or "Price Low to High."
  • Reading Product Details: Check product descriptions for size charts, materials, and color options. Look at customer reviews and uploaded photos.
  • Comparing Prices and Sellers: Compare listings from different sellers. A higher price doesn't always mean better quality. Check seller reputation and transaction history.
  • Quality Assessment: Look for keywords like "authentic" (正品) or "original" (原版). Avoid listings with prices too good to be true. cafans.com provides product comparison tools and guides on spotting replicas.

4. Ordering & Payment Tutorial

  1. Step-by-Step Ordering: Once you've selected a product, copy the product link from Weidian.
  2. Adding to Cart and Checkout: Go to Superbuy, find the "Product Purchasing" page. Paste the Weidian link. Enter details (size, color, quantity). Add to cart and proceed to checkout.
  3. Payment Method Selection: Choose your pre-set payment method. Superbuy acts as a secure intermediary. Your payment is held until you confirm the item is received at their warehouse.
  4. Order Confirmation and Tracking: After payment, you'll get an order number. Track the status in "My Orders" on Superbuy. The status will update from "Purchased" to "Warehouse Received."
  5. Communication with Sellers: Use Superbuy's "Message Center" to ask the agent to communicate with the Weidian seller for any queries (e.g., stock availability).

  • Tracking Your Order: After submitting for delivery, you'll get a tracking number. Monitor it on the carrier's website.
  • Customs and Import Procedures: Be aware of your country's import taxes and regulations. Superbuy can provide invoice documentation. Declare the value accurately to avoid customs issues.
  • Delivery Timeline: Expect 2-5 days for domestic shipping to Superbuy's warehouse, and 7-20 days for international shipping to your door.
  • Handling Delivery Issues: If there are delays or problems, contact Superbuy customer service. For damaged items, file a claim immediately. cafans.com provides shipping optimization tips and troubleshooting advice.
